Another year has ended with the final season qualifier at Berlin on 8-26.  82 teams met to compete on a rising, high water reservoir used to control flooding. We were scheduled to launch at Mill Creek but had to move to Bonner Rd facility due to flooding conditions. A big "Thank You" to all teams who checked their e-mail on such a short notice.  All went fine
considering.  A few teams managed to catch a limit of fish under tough conditions.  Point champions was established and info will be coming soon.  Winning pattern not known but several top finishers said rocks played a major part in their catch.  Here are the top
6 teams and Big Bass:

1st- Sam Capestrain and John Werren from N. Lawrence, N. Canton                          11.31    $1000.

2nd- Javier Castillo and Matt Bell from Garfield Hts, Cuyahoga Falls                          10.85    $800.

3rd- Rick Machonachy and Steve Browning from Akron, Doylestown                          10.49    $600.

4th- Robert Smith and Robert Hall from Mantua                                                          10.12    $500.

5th- John and Matt Schneider from Massillon                                                               9.57    $450.

6th- Scott Stevens and Jim Tunder from Kent                                                               8.41    $400.

Big Bass- Tom Saywell from Chardon   2.91    $1000. 2nd Big Bass was Capestrain and Werren (1st) 2.65    $500.
