2009 BassFanArmy Weekend Warrior Championship
Northern Open Anglers Association Qualifications
The Northern Open Anglers Association is a series of SIX “open” styled bass tournaments
located within NE Ohio. N.O.A.A. anglers may fish with any member of their choosing at any
event. For 2008, an addendum to the Official 2008 NOAA rules will apply as stated below.
1. All individual participants of NOAA may pre-register (FREE!) as a BassFanArmy member. REGISTER HERE
2. The TOP 10 teams at each of the six NOAA events will always receive a check regardless of the number
of participants. Points will also be distributed to these top ten teams.
Ten points will be awarded to each participant of the winning first place team and continue to descend with each check winning position. (1st-10 pts., 2nd-9 pts., etc.) Points are NOT distributed to any teams who do not make a check.
Again, the same points are awarded to EACH participant of a team.
Example: Bob and Sam fish and win NOAA event#1- both anglers receive 10 points. Bob then fishes with Tom NOAA event #2 and take third- both anglers receive 8 points. Sam fished but didn’t make a check (top 10) at NOAA event #2, nor did Tom at NOAA event #1. The standings at the end of event#2 would be:
1) Bob 18 pts. – 2) Sam 10 pts. – 3) Tom 8 pts.
3. Each individual participating BassFanArmy member must fish at least *FIVE*, 2008 NOAA events to remain eligible for qualifying into 2009 WWC. ALL NOAA anglers, BassFanArmy members OR not, will be included in top eight for point standings. We will not "move down" the list of eligibility outside of top8.
4. At the end of the of the final 2008 NOAA event, all individual angler points will be tallied from ALL SIX NOAA events and the EIGHT HIGHEST all inclusive point standing anglers will receive a bid to the 2009 Weekend Warrior Championship if they have met the above qualifications (membership/5+ events/top8 overall).
5. TIES of FINAL positions for 2009 WWC, NOAA point leaders, will result in a determination of those positions by: HIGHEST NUMBER OF 08' NOAA TOURNAMENTS FISHED (6 or 5) ~ THEN BY DRAW OF TIED INDIVIDUALS

Anglers…this is FREE!!! The 2007 WWC payout was $25,000 to first
and EVERY angler who participates went home with at least $800 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
